Problem: Designed for a museum hiring new employees who do not yet know best practices, expectations, or responsibilities.

Solution: This design document outlines an eLearning onboarding course for newly hired museum employees that would need to set the foundation for best practices.

Problem: Designed for newly hired online educators who are not prepared to teach until they can explain the logistics and relationship between RSFKids and the teaching platform and distinguish the basic functionality of Zoom.

Solution: This design document outlines the eLearning course that walks new hires through the entire process from the background check to the various activities they will engage in during class, and includes the basics of the Zoom platform.

Travel Guide to Las Cruces and Southern New Mexico

Problem: Designed for a tourism/travel office that needs to know regional highlights and attractions.   

Solution: This design document outlines an eLearning course for travel guides and tourism representatives to strengthen their knowledge about key features in the local area and be able to advise prospective visitors.

Problem: Designed so employees can learn the basic skills, tools and features of the Zoom platform to run their virtual meetings smoothly. 

Solution: This storyboard provides the detailed outline of each scene in a microlearning training video to introduce new users to the Zoom platform basics. It includes a statement of the initial problem and solution, color palette, thumbnails of some of the on-screen visuals, font choices, transitions/behaviors, the entire voice-over script and more.

From PJs to Productivity: A Tale of Home Office Obstacles

Problem: Designed and developed so remote employees learn to identify the challenges
of working from home and finding a balanced mindset between deadlines and personal commitments.  

Solution: This storyboard designed for an animated microlearning course, provides a detailed outline about Naomi, who works from home and how she learns to set some boundaries and implement strategies for a better work-life balance. It includes the objectives, color palette, characters, other visual details of how each scene will be presented, transitions, the entire voice-over script and more.

Recognizing Workplace Harassment

Problem: Designed to address harassment in the workplace when employees do not know how to define it, recognize it or what to do if it occurs.

Solution: This storyboard provides the detailed outline of a microlearning training video that all employees would take annually to define and recognize workplace harassment, as well as establish a plan for how to mitigate it. It includes the objectives, color palette, characters, other visual details of how each scene will be presented, transitions, the entire voice-over script and more.
